Insparisk Launches Command, a Free-to-Monitor Compliance Platform for Commercial Property Portfolios

Insparisk, LLC, a building inspection and compliance services firm with more than 30 years of jurisdictional experience, today announced the launch of Insparisk Command, a compliance management platform that lets commercial property owners and managers monitor their entire portfolio for free and pay only when they are ready to act on what they see.

Command tackles a problem that has long frustrated property teams. Compliance deadlines, inspection cycles, and jurisdiction-specific requirements are scattered across spreadsheets, email reminders, and the memories of individual staff. A single missed boiler filing or elevator inspection can mean fines, violations, and liability. Command centralizes those obligations into one system that tells owners what is required, where, and by when.

The platform's defining feature is its pricing. The free Monitor plan covers an unlimited number of buildings at no cost and with no credit card, and includes Insparisk's compliance requirement engine, a portfolio dashboard, a compliance calendar, and deadline and violation alerts. Owners pay only when they want to act on what the platform surfaces.

Teams ready to operate can upgrade to Operate at $199 per month for unlimited buildings and up to ten team members. Operate adds a full document vault, vendor management, inspection scheduling, advanced and real-time alerts, and board-ready reporting. Single-building owners can access the same feature set through Operate Solo at $20 per month. Larger and more complex organizations can move to Scale at $799 per month, which adds a compliance AI agent, agentic workflows, API access, single sign-on, and a dedicated account manager.

Command is built as a management platform first, so owners can keep using the inspectors they already trust. For teams that want to book inspections directly, Insparisk offers optional scheduling through its nationwide Network of independent compliance professionals. Command also offers an AI Self-Inspection add-on, starting with NYC parapet inspections under Local Law 126, from $15 per month and priced by portfolio size, available on any plan.
