1. Services Overview

Insparisk provides professional inspection services including, but not limited to:

• Boiler and pressure vessel inspections
• Elevator, escalator, and conveyor inspections
• Backflow testing and certification
• Energy benchmarking and compliance reporting
• Gas line testing and inspections

Our inspections are performed by licensed, certified professionals in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. Service Scheduling and Access

When scheduling inspection services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate property and equipment information
• Ensure safe access to all equipment and areas requiring inspection
• Have an authorized representative present during inspections when required
• Provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling

Failure to provide access or late cancellations may result in additional fees.

4. Pricing and Payment

Quotes and Pricing: Quotes provided are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during inspection.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks.

Government Contracts: For services provided under GSA Schedule or OMNIA Partners contracts, pricing and payment terms are governed by the applicable contract terms.

5. Our Guarantees

Insparisk offers the following guarantees, subject to the terms and conditions stated below and on our Guarantees page. All guarantee claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at Insparisk's sole discretion.

6. Inspection Reports and Documentation

Upon completion of inspections, we will provide:

• Detailed inspection reports documenting findings
• Required regulatory filings to applicable authorities
• Recommendations for any corrective actions needed
• Access to reports through our Versentia platform (where applicable)

You are responsible for addressing any deficiencies or violations identified in inspection reports.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for equipment failures, accidents, or violations that occur after our inspection
• Our inspection services do not guarantee compliance or prevent future violations

Our inspections represent conditions at the time of inspection only. Equipment conditions can change, and ongoing maintenance is the responsibility of the equipment owner.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insparisk, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of our Services
• Your failure to maintain equipment or address identified deficiencies
• Any third-party claims related to your property or equipment

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Insparisk or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Our Versentia platform and related technology are proprietary to Insparisk.

10. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the security or operation of our website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access our website without permission
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through:
