Failure to provide access or late cancellations may result in additional fees.
Quotes and Pricing: Quotes provided are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during inspection.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks.
Government Contracts: For services provided under GSA Schedule or OMNIA Partners contracts, pricing and payment terms are governed by the applicable contract terms.
Insparisk offers the following guarantees, subject to the terms and conditions stated below and on our Guarantees page. All guarantee claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at Insparisk's sole discretion.
Price Beat Guarantee: We will beat any competitor's price by 10%. Customer must provide a valid, written quote from a licensed and insured competing inspection company for the same or substantially similar services. Not applicable to package deals, bundled services, or promotional pricing. Minimum inspection service price must be above $0. Customer must agree to a minimum two-year service agreement. This guarantee applies to new customers only and cannot be combined with other offers. Subject to Insparisk verification and approval.
Civil Penalty Protection: If you are issued a DOB non-filing or late submission civil penalty due to Insparisk's oversight, we will reimburse you up to $1,000 per violation. Policy is contingent upon timely payment in full at least 7 days before the inspection filing due date and provision of accurate information. Insparisk shall not be responsible for penalties occurring due to customer fault, including but not limited to: non-payment or incomplete payment, failure to provide a proper e-filing email, failure to obtain proper signatures from the testing company representative/owner, failure to provide site access, or any other third-party factor outside of Insparisk's control. Customer must notify Insparisk of any penalty within 30 days of receipt.
Money-Back Guarantee: If you are unhappy with our service within 90 days of service completion, contact us at inspections@insparisk.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a full credit toward any future Insparisk service. Customer must provide a written explanation and allow Insparisk an opportunity to address the concern. This guarantee does not apply if the customer violated terms of service, failed to provide required access, or provided inaccurate information. Refunds are issued as service credits unless otherwise determined at Insparisk's sole discretion.

Our inspections represent conditions at the time of inspection only. Equipment conditions can change, and ongoing maintenance is the responsibility of the equipment owner.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insparisk, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Insparisk or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Our Versentia platform and related technology are proprietary to Insparisk.
