For private sector clients, we guarantee to beat any competitor's written quote by 10%. Simply provide us with a valid quote from another licensed inspection provider, and we'll beat it. This applies to equivalent services and scope of work.

If you receive a late filing violation due to an issue on our end (missed inspection, delayed reporting, etc.), we will reimburse you for the violation penalty. This guarantee demonstrates our commitment to timely, reliable service.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfers, and checks. Government clients can also use purchase orders. Online payment is available through our secure payment portal.
