  • Price Beat Guarantee is subject to Insparisk approval and verification of the competitor's quote.
  • Customer must provide a valid, written quote from a competing inspection company for the same or substantially similar services to be eligible.
  • The competitor must be a licensed and insured inspection company operating in the same service area.
  • Not applicable to package deals, bundled services, promotional pricing, or inspection package deals (i.e., installation and inspection package deals).
  • Minimum inspection service price must be above $0. Quote must be for legitimate services at market rates.
  • Customer must agree to a minimum two-year service agreement to qualify for the Price Beat Guarantee.
  • This guarantee applies to new customers only and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
  • Insparisk reserves the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.

Civil Penalty Protection

If You're Issued a DOB Late Filing Penalty, We'll Pay It

Missed filing deadlines can result in costly civil penalties from the Department of Buildings. When you work with Insparisk, we take responsibility for timely filings. If you receive a non-filing or late submission civil penalty due to our oversight, we'll cover the cost.

Terms and Conditions

  • Reimbursement payout is limited to the issued civil penalty fee amount, up to a maximum of $1,000 per violation.
  • Policy is contingent upon timely payment in full at least 7 days before the inspection filing due date.
  • Customer must provide Insparisk with accurate and complete information required for filing, including correct property details and contact information.
  • Insparisk shall not be responsible to provide reimbursement for civil penalties occurring due to the fault of the customer, including but not limited to:
    — Non-payment or incomplete payment for services
    — Failure to provide a proper e-filing email address
    — Failure to obtain a proper signature from the testing company representative/owner
    — Failure to provide site access for scheduled inspections
    — Any other third-party factor outside of Insparisk's control
  • Customer must notify Insparisk of any penalty within 30 days of receipt and provide documentation of the violation.
  • This protection applies only to inspections performed directly by Insparisk, not subcontracted services.
  • Insparisk reserves the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.

If You're Unhappy, We'll Make It Right

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with our inspection services, we'll work with you to resolve the issue or provide a full credit toward any future Insparisk service.

Terms and Conditions

  • The money-back guarantee is valid for 90 days from the date of service completion.
  • To initiate a claim, customers must contact our customer service team at inspections@insparisk.com within the 90-day period.
  • Customer must provide a written explanation of the reason for dissatisfaction and allow Insparisk an opportunity to address and resolve the concern.
  • Refunds will be issued as a credit toward any Insparisk service, not as a cash refund, unless otherwise determined at Insparisk's sole discretion.
  • This guarantee does not apply if the customer has violated any terms of service, failed to provide required access, or provided inaccurate information.
  • The guarantee is void if the inspection was completed successfully and all required documentation was filed with the appropriate authorities.
  • Maximum refund amount is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
  • Insparisk reserves the right to modify or discontinue the money-back guarantee at any time without prior notice.
