We verify your professional licenses, check your insurance coverage, contact your references, and conduct a background check. The entire process typically takes 1-2 weeks from application submission.
Absolutely. Your existing business is yours. The Insparisk Network is an additional source of work, not a replacement for your current operations. There is no non-compete clause.
We handle all client billing and pay you directly via ACH. Payments are processed weekly for completed work. You set your own rates within market guidelines, and we are transparent about our fee structure.
We are actively building our network across 25+ major US metro areas, from New York and Boston to Los Angeles, Houston, and Seattle. Apply even if we are not yet active in your area. We are expanding rapidly.
Network members get access to Propply AI for instant compliance research, our scheduling and dispatch system, a mobile-friendly field reporting platform, and a client communication portal.
Earnings depend on your discipline, market, and how much work you take on. Our top-performing field technicians earn $150K+ annually. Marketing partners earn commission on every deal they close, with recurring revenue as clients renew.
For field technicians: active state license or nationally recognized certification (QEI, PE, RA, NICET, CEM, etc.) plus minimum 3 years of experience. For marketing partners: B2B sales experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or facilities.
The online application takes about 10 minutes. After submission, our team reviews your application within 5 business days and reaches out to schedule a call if you are a good fit.
Apply anyway. We use applications to gauge demand in new markets. If we receive enough interest in your area, we will prioritize expanding there. Early applicants get first access when a new market opens.
Yes. Field technicians need general liability insurance ($1M minimum) and professional liability/E&O insurance is preferred. Marketing partners need general liability coverage. We can recommend affordable options.
Yes. Many of our partners start part-time while maintaining other commitments. You choose which assignments to accept and set your own schedule. There are no minimum volume requirements.
