Insparisk Connector for Claude and ChatGPT
Last Updated: October 30, 2026
The Insparisk connector brings our building compliance knowledge into your AI assistant. Ask about a US building or a compliance rule, and the assistant shows an Insparisk card with the requirements, deadlines and open city records from public data, plus a way to request an inspection or talk to an Insparisk advisor.
It is free, needs no account, and works with Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants that support connectors (also called MCP servers).
What it does
- Look up a building. Give an address and see the compliance requirements that apply, upcoming deadlines and open city records.
- Understand a rule. Ask about a topic or a law, such as Local Law 97 or boiler inspections in Chicago, and get the requirement, how often it applies and the agency.
- Check coverage. See whether Insparisk can perform an inspection in your city, and request it.
Set it up
Connector address:
https://gateway.mcp.insparisk.com/propply/mcp
- Claude: open Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector. Name it Insparisk and paste the connector address. No sign-in is needed.
- ChatGPT: open Plugins, choose Add, then Add custom MCP server. Name it Insparisk, paste the connector address, and choose No authentication.
- Other assistants: add a remote MCP server with the connector address and no authentication.
Menu names change from time to time. If you can't find these options, search your assistant's help for "custom connector" or "MCP server".
Try it
- What compliance requirements does 350 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY have?
- Explain Local Law 97 in New York City.
- What does Local Law 152 require?
- Can Insparisk do elevator inspections in Los Angeles?
- What are the facade inspection rules in New York City?
Good to know
- Every date and requirement comes from public records through Propply AI, Insparisk's compliance data service. Dates marked estimated are calculated, not taken from a record.
- Prices are never estimated. They are confirmed on your quote.
- The connector covers US jurisdictions. Some rules depend on a building's equipment or size, and the card lists those separately as "may apply".
- This is information, not legal advice. Confirm deadlines with the agency.
- To keep the service available to everyone, the number of requests from one network address is limited.
